The doctor took the time to explain my medical issue clearly and patiently. I left the appointment understanding what was going on. He took my concerns seriously. I would certainly recommend him to anyone with vision problems.
Extremely long wait time! Over two hours start to finish. I have been seeing Dr. Klesert for several months now. The injections are too aggressive and unnecessarily painful. I am changing to another doctor and hopefully have a better experience. After my last visit I left in tears and hurt for hours after the injection. I had to wait two hours to be able to drive home. Very disappointed 😖😢
