I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I received at Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed, respected, and heard. The staff created a safe, compassionate environment where healing felt possible. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern made a difficult time much more manageable. I highly recommend Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality trauma-informed care. Thank you to the entire team for the important work you do and for helping me move forward with hope and confidence.

Recent critical review

Very weird vibes here. Unfortunately, this is not a warm or welcoming place. The staff is very cold, reticent, and reluctant to brainstorm any help besides the few rigid and specific modes they offer. They see to be nursing too much active trauma themselves to be able to interact in a friendly, welcoming manner. It concerns me that a "trauma center" would hire anyone like this. There is a lot of sighing and groaning, and zero enthusiasm. I'm sorry if they are having a bad day, but maybe stay home if you're feeling that badly that you can't even be pleasant and friendly with people.
