Seth Swank is thorough, he connects very personally, I felt heard - supported - and understood. He listens very well and he knows what he’s talking about. He went out of his way to get me an appointment with a surgeon. He also has a really great assistant. I’ve been going to Proliance for many years, have always been extremely happy with this practice.

Recent critical review

November 21, 2025

I’ve had 2 injections by Dr Swank. They have been the most painful out of any doctor I have ever seen. He rushes through his patients. He injects numbing medication, but does not wait until you’re numb to proceed. He begins injections and speeds through them at too high of a speed. Then, he injects the cortizone at such a high volume I was left sobbing on the table in pain for 5 minutes after the procedure. I was supposed to have another injection and asked if he could follow my request to (1) wait 2 minutes after numbing medication to give the time for the medicine to work, (2) give me time to breath between injections to prepare for the next one (3) slow the rate of the cortisone. He replied NO, that is how his procedures are, and if I want that, see someone else. So I am.
