We lost hot water all of a sudden and after calling a few places that were “too busy” - Arash was responsive and came within the hour. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Communicated promptly and let me know when he’d arrive. He was able to resolve the issue quickly before my kids had bath time! Life saver! Rigid plumbing will be our go-to in the future.
