Terrible corporate policies to scam you out of cancellation fees. If you have an emergency on Friday or over the weekend and need to cancel a Monday morning, you cannot do so without paying fees since they only work until Thursday and require 48 hours cancellation. You essentially have to see the future and call them the Wednesday before.
