From the moment I walked through the door and the young man at the front desk greeted me, I felt comfortable and at ease. Danielle Spencer, my therapist, made me feel like I was her only patient. She gave me a very thorough, indepth evaluation, explaining everything clearly, then started me briefly on a few exercises. Both she and the young man were very professional, but at the same time, very warm and friendly. I can't say enough about Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy! I highly recommend them!

Recent critical review

The overarching company can learn more about how to support their clients and maybe their PTs. My PT was murdered, and the location was shut down within a couple months. I'm a mental health clinician, and the way the company handled the situation was not good. They didn't communicate what was going on well, nor did they seem to know how to handle continued client care. I did an intake with a new PT at the same location, and then they called me to tell me the location was closing. Why take new clients and have them pay for an intake if the location is getting shut down...? I certainly blame the company, not the PTs who are just trying to do the best they can given the state of insurance companies today.

Owner response

Hello Madeline, your feedback is noted. The entire situation, especially the one you mentioned, was extremely sad for all involved, especially at the Renton location. We are very sorry for your experience there, and we agree the closure was not handled well. Unfortunately, Peak is a collection of independently owned small local businesses, and our Factoria location has no ties to the ownership there or any say in how those decisions were handled. We hope very much you were able to move forward and find quality PT care.
