I honestly don’t even know where to begin, because Dr. Eng (and Megan) completely changed my experience, and my smile. I was coming out of a really difficult situation with another provider. My Invisalign treatment had gone completely sideways, and I was completely ignored, left feeling confused, hurt, and honestly embarrassed. I didn’t understand how things had gotten so off track, and the way it was handled made me feel like I had somehow done something wrong, or like I was being blamed or even punished for it. By the end of that experience, I was left with a smile I didn’t recognize and a crooked bite, and I felt completely dismissed. After putting in so much money, time, trust, and effort, it was heartbreaking to end up there with no real support or answers. Enter Dr. Eng. From the very beginning, everything felt different.
