Hired Orca to help replace some roof shingles and gutter downspouts. They had the best price among the vendors I reached out to, and the work was done well. They ordered the incorrect downspouts, but came back a few days later to correct the issue. Overall, the work looks great and happy with their service!
uhmm, the pictures will tell you my experience with them. They provided three repair attempts. The water leak becames more severe than when it started. 🙂 First attempt: A plastic diverter with its head extending beyond the gutter edge. And shingles were cut and later covered with flashing. I was able to notice it after two days — during a November storm 🌧️. Second attempt: Damaged shingles were replaced. A new kickout flashing was installed on top of the existing one. Replaced plastic diverter with aluminum downspout. The water leak continued and became more noticeable.💧 Last attempt: Sealant was applied to possible leak points. Result We decided to stop this game and paid full invoice. Thanks for your labor service.
