I had Carlos and his crew do a lot of work for me on a house and garage that I was building up in the San Juan Islands. They did a fantastic job on everything. I used him for painting, laquer spraying, sanding, caulking, stonework (glacier Stone not manufactured stone )carpeting ,tile work ,porcelain tiles , vinyl sloped floor in utility room and garage bathroom, finish carpentry. Shower mud pans, curbs, and they also built a couple of columns outside with metal lath and real stone and put in a custom bridge coming into the entry of the house. It was extensive and it was excellent! His price was right he’s got a great personality every single one of his workers are fun they all get along, but most of all they do professional work and they’re super hard workers!You’re not gonna find anybody like this trust me as a general contractor I hire a lot of subs. He’s very good. His price is extremely competitive. I wouldn’t waste your time looking around you found the right guy. He’s extremely responsible and the work will get done in time.
