Dr. Jacqueline Bunce started working on my smile back in 2009, and she did a stellar job. At the end of my treatment, she told me, “We are here for you.” At the time, I took it as regular politeness, but over the years I learned that she meant it literally. After braces are removed, it is normal to have small metal retainers installed behind the teeth to keep them from slowly drifting out of position. They can last for years, but depending on what you chew, they may eventually break or partially detach and need prompt attention. Every time this happened, Dr. Bunce’s office was there for me. One phone call was usually enough to get an urgent appointment, sometimes even the same day, and my dental appliance was always properly fixed or replaced at no extra cost. Dr. Bunce is always friendly, positive, and very nice to work with. I highly recommend her.
