After calling and being asked to bring the car in so they could look at it, he did a quick assessment and explanation of what they would do (I wanted a rust chip and door scratches on a rear door from the previous owner repaired - not an insurance job). He gave me the lowest of 3 quotes I had received, and then there was good communication with dropoff, pickup and payment terms. Result was absolutely excellent, no sign of any of the original damage, absolutely seamless blended repaint and guarantee .. what's not to like?
