Great experience with Home Service! Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue during the visit. The team was very responsive from the start, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!

I have debated about posting this review as their service has long since past, but i need to get this off my chest as i haven't stopped thinking about my dissatisfaction with this service for years... and maybe my honest review will bring some insight to others. **BE WARNED: This company is a "bait and switch" company. They lure you with a cheap sewer cleaning service, then will try to upsell you into a large $$$ project and WILL take advantage of uknowing/unsuspecting customers. . They took my small simple problem with a simple solution, and convinced me that there is a big project needed. --READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE SCAMMED INTO PAYING MORE THAN WHAT WAS NEEDED. *** .... I had a clogged toilet on a Saturday in my half bath, back in Jan 2024. Homeservice was not my first choice, but my preferred plumbers were not available that weekend. With their $99 service, I called Homeserivce. They came and couldn't clear the clog with a snake. They ran a camera through and saw soft sewage clung to the walls of the drain pipe. So it needed to be jetted. The Project manager stepped out to talk to his supervisor. He then came back to me and told me that they needed to cut into my concrete patio and excavate into my property to fix my main sewer access because it's "old" and can't be jetted. They swore this had to be done first before jetting the drain pipes to my toilet in the half bath. After I hesitated and suggested I get other opinions, the PM and his supervisor got more pushy and said they can lower my price and offer a payment plan since they got guys right now being paid to stand and do nothing. Trusting their recommendation, I agreed to their "lowered", but still nearly $6,000 project. At this time, I thought the plam was to also replace the drain pipes connected to the half bathroom, since those were the pipes they were saying were "too old" to be jetted. Their team of workers cut sloppily into my concrete and left a mess. The wet saw left smeared concrete paste all over the posts and joists of my newly painted patio awning; they did not come back to clean any of it. I can't wash off this concrete residue, so my patio awning had to be repainted. At the end of the project, they only replaced about 5 or 6ft of main sewer pipes and sewer access, not the actual drain pipes that were clogged and getting jetted. None of their new pipe was connected to the actual drain pipe that had soft sludge (half bath is in a separate area of home with a separate drain line from the rest of the home). So, they still ended up jetting my "old pipes". They basically tore up and gutted my patio, replaced a small section of sewer pipes, and proceeded to jet out the original problem in the original pipes just fine with no issue. The project manager also said he'd give me the camera footage showing that the pipe was cleared, and he never sent it to me. Feeling completely bothered by their service, I got a few more opinions after the matter from other plumber professionals. They all confirmed that the several thousand dollar project was completely unnecessary and if they were honest people, they could've just jetted it. Not only that, but I ended up getting quotes to replace my entire drain pipes for around $3-4k. In other words, I pretty much got conned by Homeservice Plumbers. it should have just been a simple jetting service. I still paid for over $200 for the intial attempt to clean (so much for "$99 service", that's just the STARTING charge). Needless to say, I will never use them again and have actively advised against them.
