Honest people, I have gotten my oil changed, brakes and rotors done as well as spark plugs done here on my ‘20 SQ5 and have had no issues at all. Additionally, they were able to use the spark plugs I provided (hence they were OEM) at no additional cost to me. You usually have to drop your car off right when they open sometimes, but they always finish by the afternoon.
