Dr Hargitt is knowledgeable and caring, he is always friendly and patient, taking time to address my concerns thoroughly. I truly appreciate how he consistently offers fair and balanced suggestions. Highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and trustworthy doctor.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Hargitt. My ferritin level was 4.7, and after a full year of double-dose oral iron with vitamin C, it only increased to 6.5 — a minimal improvement.
I asked about the option of an iron infusion, as the treatment clearly wasn’t working and the fatigue continued to affect my daily life. My concerns were dismissed, I was told the labs were "improving" and another prescription for oral iron was sent.
When I questioned continuing a treatment that hadn’t worked for a year, I received no further response.
I later saw another specialist who acknowledged that oral iron was ineffective for me and offered a referral for an infusion.
