Dr. Sarah Stano, Art Dermatology, Bellevue Zero accountability toward patients and an unsuccessful procedure. I had a small mark on my face. It almost looked like acne, but it was not. She attempted to treat it the first time and gave me many disclaimers. A few weeks later, it was back exactly the same way. I went back, paid again (at a higher charge), and she treated it again. A few weeks later, it came back again! This time, I called multiple times to explain that she should see me without charging another fee. They were very hesitant but finally agreed. Then the doctor canceled my appointment. The next available appointment is more than six weeks away. I was told the doctor is busy, likely seeing new patients. I am very disappointed in the treatment, accountability, and lack of professionalism from Dr. Stano. She showed no accountability toward her existing patients, only an eagerness to keep seeing new patients and stay busy making money. I will be looking for a new dermatologist that I can stay with long-term.
