March 28, 2026We had an excellent experience with BelRed Construction on our kitchen remodel at our house in Sammamish. They handled the demolition and surface preparation professionally, were always respectful of our home, and delivered outstanding quality from start to finish. What really stood out was the owner’s involvement. He was on site every day inspecting the work, checking progress, and making sure everything met his very high standards. If he noticed any imperfection, he made sure it was fixed right away. His attention to detail was exceptional. We were also especially impressed with how efficiently the project was managed. Unexpected issues came up that could easily have caused major delays, but the owner stayed on top of everything. Once an issue was identified, he turned things around quickly and resolved it within a day. Thanks to that, the entire project was completed in less than the time we initially expected. He also went above and beyond by helping us work through the kitchen layout with the designer, which added a lot of value to the project. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process he was always available, responsive, and quick to address any concerns. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. I highly recommend BelRed Construction to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, efficiency, and great service.
