I could not recommend this practice more highly! Dr. Cousins is both a fantastic orthodontist who has a care and attention to detail around the entire treatment process that made the substantial work that my jaw required predictable, achievable, and really great looking! Dr. Cousins excels at coordinating treatment for a perfect ending outcome. He's not just here to throw alignment at a problem and walk away, he really focused on how my braces (lingual) would work alongside my jaw surgery, periodontal work, and eventual tooth restoration for a great end product. I never felt like I was having particular treatments "pushed" upon me, Dr. Cousins is very up-to-date on all of the recent research in various techniques and can truly talk through the pros and cons of each approach. If little issues came up along the way, he was very forthcoming with what this meant for timeline, ending outcome, and other considerations. I never felt in the dark, it was a real team effort. The staff throughout the practice are all very warm and professional. While it's never "fun" having to get braces, I truly believe that my experience via Bellevue Orthodontics & Smile Design was the best possible approach to solving my jaw issues. Big recommend to anyone needing orthodontic work!
