It was easy to schedule an appointment, I received an estimate in advance, the communication was clear and they are knowledgeable and friendly. They contacted me while working on my car to show some additional areas of concern and had exceptional customer service. They were professional and took great care of me and my vehicle. I went there for a brake work as a new customer, I gave my phone number and vehicle license number per request (rejected request for e-mail address ). Shortly after I left the shop, a text message sent to me asking me to respond to an update on a link belonging to shop-ware.com. Since I just left the shop and I don't want to click on a third party web link, so I went back and asked " what was the update"? I was told there was none. A few days later, half hour perio to my scheduled appointment, they called and left a voice message saying the shop was too busy today and wanted to reschedule.
